My Story
My love for fitness started young, and I really enjoy promoting the incredible benefits of staying active for both mental and physical well-being. My professional background has focused on families and children, including managing government programs and the operation of day care centres.
During my second pregnancy, I decided to combine my passions, becoming a certified personal trainer specializing in pre/postnatal fitness. Having experienced fertility issues, an emergency caesarean and a vaginal birth with complications, I understand the diverse recovery journeys of motherhood.
My mission is to support fellow moms in their fitness journey from pregnancy to postpartum recovery. I'm dedicated to continuous learning, regularly adding to my expertise to provide you with the best support. Whether through my mom-focused bootcamps or personalized home training sessions, I'm here to help you thrive
